Plastic Surgeon / Belgium

MHG is seeking skilled Plastic Surgeons on behalf of a prestigious client based in Belgium. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in plastic and reconstructive surgery, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes. Proficiency in English is required, while fluency in Dutch and French is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform a wide range of plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures with precision and expertise.
2. Conduct thorough patient consultations to understand their goals, concerns, and medical history.
3. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and desired outcomes.
4. Execute surgical procedures with keen attention to detail, ensuring optimal aesthetic and functional results.
5. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
6. Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care to patients, including follow-up appointments and monitoring.
7. Stay abreast of the latest advancements and techniques in plastic and reconstructive surgery through continued education and training.
8. Uphold ethical standards and adhere to relevant regulations and guidelines in the field of plastic surgery.
9. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation by institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
10. Participate in research initiatives and contribute to academic publications and presentations, as appropriate.

Qualifications:

1. Medical degree from an accredited institution.
2. Board certification or eligibility in plastic surgery.
3. Proven experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery, with a track record of successful outcomes.
4. Excellent surgical skills and proficiency in a wide range of surgical techniques.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
7. Commitment to delivering compassionate care and ensuring patient satisfaction.
8. Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch and French is highly desirable.
9. Eligibility for medical licensure in Belgium
