We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Functional Analyst at our Brussels office. This hybrid role involves:
Actively participating in client projects within an IT team.
Focusing on corrective, preventive, and adaptive maintenance of IT solutions.
Understanding the business processes, stakeholders, and data of the domain.
Writing and validating functional analyses for projects.
Candidate Profile
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Prince2, UML/BPM/N, SQL, MS Azure DevOps.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect.
Background in full-stack .net development and hybrid application projects.
Personal Skills:
Native proficiency in French and/or Dutch, with fluent English.
Strong communication skills for effective liaison with business analysts.
Ability to work independently and structured, following release plan priorities and procedures.

Requirements
💻 Required Technical Skills:
Prince2, UML/BPM/N, SQL, MS Azure DevOps.
Agile - Scrum – Kanban, Sparx Enterprise Architect.
Experience in full-stack .net development projects, Cordova hybrid application projects, Android mobile devices, and Intune MDM, MFA.
🤝 Personal Skills:
Native French and/or Dutch speaker with proficiency in English.
Ability to communicate with business analysts to understand specifications and designs.
Understand the architectural constraints from the technical lead.
Work relatively independently following the priorities and timing of the release plan.
Work structured according to procedures.
