Description:
Demonstrable experience as a functional application manager.
Demonstrable experience with functionally evaluating applications and formulating maintenance or conversion strategies.
Demonstrable experience with planning changes and implementing organizational changes.
Demonstrable experience with ITIL and the ability to apply relevant basic processes (including configuration management, change management, etc.).
Demonstrable experience with Application Lifecycle Management and the development and test environments required for the application.
Demonstrable experience as an initiator/project leader for improvement, maintenance, and migration projects related to the application.
Must Have:
Demonstrable experience with Entra ID or Active Directory (AD)
Demonstrable experience with IAM - Medior (4.00 years)
Demonstrable experience with Confluence/Jira - Medior (4.00 years)
Demonstrable experience with incident management
Demonstrable experience with OMADA
Demonstrable experience with training in IAM tools
Demonstrable experience with Release Management
Demonstrable experience of Agile/scrum working - Medior (4.00 years)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in collaboration with various stakeholders
