Meaningful Work From Day One
Reporting to the Country Manager Belux, the On-Trade Senior Sales Specialist leads a team of 6 sales professionals based all across Belgium and Luxembourg in charge of developing the B-F brand portfolio through the On Trade channel (bars, outlets and wholesalers).
His/Her main responsibility consists in implementing and monitoring the execution of the sales strategy for the On Trade networks and establishing fluid relationships with Key Account Management and Trade Marketing to increase visibility, distribution volume, brand education and promotion.
What You Can Expect
- Implement local On Trade sales strategy through visibility, education, promotional and price policies.
- Drive the negotiations at regional level with the relevant wholesalers, remaining consistent with national negotiations.
- Manage the On Trade Sales team.
- Maintain a perfect collaboration with the Key Account Managers, marketing and trade marketing teams.
- Plan and implement local, regional or national sales activities.
- Assist, train and develop the commercial teams.
- In collaboration with the National On Trade Manager, build the annual sales plan and adjust it quarterly to achieve the strategy.
- Analyze the results through KPI’S, taking quick decisions/initiatives to reach the targets.
- Organize incentives and bonuses to boost the teams.
- Organize, plan and present national On Trade meetings.
What You Bring to the Table
- Strong knowledge of the Belgium and Luxembourg On Trade distribution market and at least 5 significant years in this business.
- Solid leadership skills.
- Great commercial skills with obvious negotiation expertise.
- Organized, charismatic, and showing adaptability.
- Analyze business with rigor and adapt to an uncertain market
- Willing to join the Belgian subsidiary of a large company, with strong values and a long term project.
- Previous experience in the beverage alcohol industry is an asset.
- Fluent French, Dutch and English
