The Medical Relationship Representative will report to the Head of Medical & Quality. The position is field based with limited time at the head office and requires extensive travel across Belgium.
ACCOUNTABILITIES of the ROLE:
- Have an in-depth knowledge of the medical landscape in Flanders and Brussels
- Take ownership of a portfolio of external medical stakeholders
- Develop and deliver medical presentations internally and externally in either one-on-one or group settings.
- Have in-depth medical conversations with all medical stakeholders.
- Actively foster existing relationships and grow new relationships.
- Organize small and medium sized events with stakeholders to share knowledge
- Represent the company at symposia, tradeshows and other external events
- Coach and guide colleagues in the field to actively engage with ENTs.
- Support the HMQ & medical team on the development & delivery of the ENT engagement plan.
- Provide input & feedback to HQM & medical team about communication tools for ENT'
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum bachelor's degree in life science, health care or equivalent by experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in the field of ENT and/or audiology is a plus
