We are seeking an IT Project Manager Expert for a consultancy mission at a client site through Keystone Solutions, to lead the governance of projects related to developments in the research and forensic analysis field. This strategic role involves coordinating laboratories, managing budgets and timelines, and communicating with government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the coordination of forensic analysis laboratory projects.
- Structure the governance of the program: management, budget, and planning.
- Guarantee the smooth execution of projects in compliance with standards and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with management, laboratory managers, and government agencies.
- Oversee the project's compliance with security, confidentiality, and scientific validation standards.
Requirement Retention:
- Proven experience in IT project management within a scientific or judicial environment.
- Mastery of Agile, PRINCE2, and SCRUM methodologies, with certifications preferred.
- Expertise in sensitive data security (ISO27001, GDPR, cybersecurity).
- Excellent communication and risk management skills.
- Knowledge of "Chain of Custody" and interoperability processes between judicial systems and laboratories.
Consultancy Nature of Work:
The successful candidate will perform these responsibilities as a Keystone Solutions consultant, working on-site at the client location and engaging collaboratively with various stakeholders.
