Job description:
- Analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain and monitor various computer systems and programming languages.
- Identify new software/services that can be developed to seize opportunities.
- Analyze and break down complex requirements.
- Implement new ideas to improve workflows within the organization.
- Act as an expert in gathering requirements.
- Document requirements, create functional specifications, and prepare wireframes/flowcharts.
- Oversee product development according to specifications.
- Facilitate change and configuration management.
- Monitor performance, detect deviations, and propose necessary actions.
- Validate the functionality of the final product against specifications.
- Interview survey workers to assess whether their performance is satisfactory.
- Define system objectives and describe the steps of each program using a flowchart.
- Use the system to analyze business problems and develop cost-effective programs.
- Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents, and other technical reports.
