Role Summary:
We are looking for a driven International Key Account Manager HVAC to identify, develop, and nurture high-value partnerships with global Industry clients across the EMEA region. In this role, you will combine strategic relationship building with hands-on sales execution to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new International Key Accounts while strengthening and supporting existing partnerships in the Industry market segments.
  • Drive sales and profitability for Daikin Europe in the short, medium, and long term.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, both locally and at headquarters level.
  • Understand market trends and customer challenges to provide tailored, value-added HVAC solutions.
  • Oversee contract implementation across multiple countries, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and mobilise Daikin Group expertise to deliver business objectives.
  • Explore and implement new business models or customised solutions for strategic accounts.
  • Negotiate frame agreements, organise client seminars, and develop annual sales budget plans.
  • Maintain a high level of customer engagement with a minimum of 40 key account meetings annually.
  • Monitor customer organisational changes and Daikin product innovations to strengthen loyalty and retention.

Your Profile:
  • Master’s degree in engineering or economics preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or Key Account Management, ideally within the HVAC sector (technical knowledge a plus).
  • Skilled in consultative selling, value creation, and long-term strategic planning.
  • Strong project management, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-starter with a passion for closing deals and developing new opportunities.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Willing to travel up to 30% of your time.
