We are looking for a hands-on, pragmatic HRBP who thrives in a dynamic environment and combines operational HR expertise with the strategic influence. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to leadership while driving HR processes end-to-end—from recruitment and employee relations to performance management, culture, and change initiatives.
This is not a desk-bound policy writer role—you are expected to be on the floor, solving problems, coaching managers, building structures, and enabling a people-first culture that supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Business Partnering
Collaborating as a strategic partner to management and team leaders, aligning HR strategy with business goals.
Coach and advise leaders on talent development, team performance, and workforce planning.
Drive organizational development initiatives, including change management, engagement, and cultural alignment.
Use HR metrics and data to identify trends, make decisions, and influence business outcomes.
People Development & Culture
Support leadership in designing and delivering learning & development initiatives.
Monitor employee engagement and lead retention and wellbeing initiatives.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous feedback.
Recruitment & Talent Aquisition
Attracting, sourcing, and hiring the right talent.
Workforce planning, job postings, interviewing, onboarding.

Ensuring internal and market competitiveness in pay (salary, bonus, benefits)
Interface to payroll
Operational & Tactical HR Management
Own the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding.
Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, employment law, and HR compliance.
Maintain and improve core HR processes and systems (contracts, benefits, records, HRIS, etc.).
Partner with operations, finance, and legal to ensure smooth operations.
Point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR topics.
Active participation in the Works Council (contacts with works council and preparation of meetings)
Working in a matrix structure with both local autonomy and coordination with the group
Required Experience & Skills:
10+ years of progressive generalist HR Business Partner experience.
Bachelor’s/Master´s degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or similar education.
Proven experience balancing strategic advisory work with operational delivery.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and statutory regulations, HR best practices, and compliance and legal standards.
Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills at all levels.
High emotional intelligence, business acumen, and a pragmatic, solution-driven mindset.
Fluent in Dutch, French and English (notions of Spanish/German are a plus); experience in a multi-site or international context is a plus.
Skilled with computer applications such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Proficiency with HRIS applications.
Experience in a change-intensive environment is highly valued.
Strong in developing relationships and trust.
