We are looking for a Freelance Corporate English Teacher where your primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality, engaging, and relevant training sessions to our corporate students. This is a freelance position with compensation based on the number of hours taught. You may take on as many teaching hours as you are available and qualified for.
Job Duties
- Planning and preparing lessons, including creating lesson plans, gathering materials, and developing activities to engage students in learning. Need to take into account all students’ learning needs, languages, and cultural backgrounds;
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback;
- Developing approaches to assessment, including questioning, oral assessment and self-assessment and the importance of formative assessment;
- Generating an enthusiasm for the subject being taught and inspiring all students to work to their potential;
- Promoting high standards in the use of English as the common language within the organization.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education/Linguistics/English Literature (or CELTA/TEFL/TOEFL certification)
- Excellent spoken and written English (native speaker or fluent with American/Canadian pronunciation)
- Demonstrated drive, self-starter, hard-working, self‐aware
- Passionate about positively affecting, influencing, and motivating others
- 3 to 5 years of prior corporate teaching or training experience is required
- Knowledge of current trends and developments in language teaching methodology

Probation Period: All freelance teachers are subject to a three-month probation period. During this time, your teaching quality, reliability, and professionalism will be closely monitored. Continued collaboration beyond this period will be based on performance and alignment with our expectations.
