Job Description
So, what are the main duties of a Social Media Analyst in Netcompany?
We are looking for a social media data analyst to support the monitoring and evaluation of our digital communication activities. The focus is primarily on social media performance, but also includes web analytics.
As a Social Media Analyst you will:
- Collect, clean and analyse data from social media platforms (Meta, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and web (website and CMS)
- Identify trends, patterns and outliers in content performance
- Produce monthly performance reports and dashboards
- Provide ad hoc analytical input to support content strategy and decision-making
- Support the development of KPIs and benchmarking tools
- Collaborate with the Social Media Team and Web Team to improve analytics workflows
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent understanding of social media metrics and digital communication objectives
- Strong experience with social media and web analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Emplifi, Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in institutional or public sector communication is an asset
- Fluency in English
It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:
- Knowledge of other European languages
