The Position
Roche Diagnostics Belgium is looking for a Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) to join our Finance team. Are you a highly motivated finance professional with a commercial mindset and a passion for driving strategic initiatives and delivering tangible value?
The FEP acts as a key business partner to Roche Diagnostics Belgium organization, leveraging financial expertise and business understanding to drive strategic initiatives. The FEP builds networks across the organisation to share best practices and co-create solutions that generate value. The FEP acts as a trusted partner to business stakeholders and has close contact with customers ensuring impact and adding value along the customer journey.
Your key responsibilities
Be a key business partner, using your finance knowledge to push strategic projects forward.
Work with the business every step of the way, from customer journey to performance monitoring.
Handle resource allocation and create commercial strategies.
Make sure financial targets are hit and support new business models.
Support with contract implementation and deal negotiations.
Boost the P&L, ensure deals are sustainable, and keep up with market trends.
What you bring

Solid business and financial know-how.
A passion for delivering value.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Present with impact, communicate and engage internal and external partners
Ability to thrive in a complex and networked environment.
Your background
At least 5 years of experience in commercial and finance roles (diagnostics or healthcare industry is a plus).
You possess proficient written and verbal communication in English, a plus in French or Dutch
A university degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
