We are looking for a dedicated junior professional to join our team and help us organise events, foster strong relationships with our partners, and support our internal and external initiatives. Apply for the position and become part of a work environment where diversity and creativity thrive.

Location: Brussels (hybrid office/home)
Contract: Convention d’immersion professionnelle (CIP) contract (paid internship)
Duration: 6 months
Starting date: ASAP, latest end September 2025
Salary: € 1300 gross per month

Key tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the communications and thematic teams in organising internal and external meetings, gatherings, and events, including any logistical and administrative support
- Collaborate with the IT officer in online event planning and provide support for IT requirements during events
- Engage in the execution of organisational and administrative tasks, including travel arrangements
- Support in shaping the programme, liaising with speakers and participants
- Coordinate registrations and participations
Skills & qualifications required:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in administration, event management, communication or any other relevant field
- Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail
- IT savvy with knowledge of online platforms (Zoom, Teams, Outlook and HubSpot, preferably for contact management)
- Good communicator and eager to learn and develop
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Proactive and responsive with the ability to quickly understand tasks and situations
- Have an excellent command of the English language (written and verbal), any additional language (especially French and Dutch) will be seen as an asset
- Knowledge of or interest in EU environmental policy is a plus, but not a must
