Enterprise Architect
Role Overview
As an Enterprise Architect, you will help define, evolve, and maintain the organization’s overall IT architecture—ensuring technology investments align with business priorities. You’ll collaborate with executives, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient architectures that enable sustainable growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture Strategy: Contribute to the design and evolution of the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Standards & Governance: Establish, promote, and enforce architecture principles, frameworks, and best practices across teams.
- Technology Assessment: Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve capabilities and business value.
- Solution Alignment: Ensure project designs adhere to enterprise standards while meeting business and technical requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to drive alignment.
- Risk & Compliance: Support initiatives that identify risks and ensure adherence to security and regulatory requirements.
- Performance Optimization: Review system performance, scalability, and integration opportunities to maximize efficiency.
- Change Support: Guide teams through architectural transitions, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies.
Required Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture concepts and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Archimate, Sparx EA).
- Experience in system design, integration, or IT architecture roles.
- Familiarity with cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture domains.
- Awareness of cybersecurity principles and compliance requirements.
- Experience with integration patterns, APIs, and modern software architecture practices.
