About the role
For an innovative and fast-growing player in the industrial analytics sector, we are looking for a Team Architect to join the Connectivity Team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain connectors and data catalogs for external systems that power our client's analytics capabilities.
You will join an experienced and multidisciplinary scrum team working with the latest technologies. The core stack is Java (Spring Boot), with ample opportunity to integrate emerging technologies such as AI, event-driven architectures, and Kubernetes.
What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable back-end systems
- Carry out technical analysis, architecture, and design in close collaboration with the team
- Integrate with a wide variety of external data sources via APIs and SDKs
- Collaborate with product managers, analysts, developers, and other architects
- Contribute to the technical vision and roadmap
- Coach and mentor team members
Continuously improve development processes and best practices
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
- ~10 years of experience as a software engineer, architect, or tech lead
- Excellent knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
- Experience with PostgreSQL and REST API design
- Familiar with TDD, DDD, SOLID, and Agile/Scrum
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, coaching mindset
- Bonus points: experience with Kubernetes, Angular, streaming/event-driven architectures, or time-series data
