About this vacancy
We are looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Lead to support one of our key clients in their shift toward a more agile, product-driven way of working. You will work closely with the Core Team to implement new processes, onboard teams to a prioritization model, and ensure continuous improvement across digital initiatives.
- Support process mapping, training material creation, and organizational design.
- Onboard teams to the new prioritization model, improving efficiency and customer experience.
- Facilitate workshops, gather feedback, and translate insights into continuous improvements.
- Guide teams in developing and sustaining digital initiatives.
- Act as a point of reference for best practices and agile principles across the organization.
What we expect from you
- 10+ years of experience in Agile and Lean Portfolio Management
- 5+ years in large-scale transformation
- Strong understanding of business processes, supply chain knowledge.
- Skilled with ERP systems, e-procurement platforms, project management, and BI tools.
- Fluent in English AND French AND/OR Dutch.
