At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Data Entry Assistant to join our UniQue team.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Coordinate with stakeholders and technical SME to gain insights in to data.
- Register data in database following data format convention.
- Coordinate data entry of network elements across multiple security domains.
- Identify data integrity and gaps, raise tickets for tracking and remediation.
- Track open tickets and assign tickets to SMEs.
- Produce sprint completion reports.
- Participate in the weekly reporting and planning activities.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in data management/assistance.
- Experience with ticketing systems (BMC Remedy) will be an advantage.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with good briefing skills.
- Autonomous, problem-solver and drives towards results.
- Excellent English language skills(C-level, written and spoken).
