Job description
OrthoView is Materialise’s complete orthopaedic planning software, offering surgeons smart tools and expert support to achieve fast, accurate, and reliable results. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the trusted partner for our medical customers, ensuring they maximize the value of OrthoView throughout their journey. From onboarding to long-term collaboration, you will support them in achieving their objectives while ensuring a seamless experience with our solutions
What you will do
- Lead new medical customers through the onboarding process for a smooth and successful implementation of OrthoView
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in medical organizations
- Act as the primary point of contact, resolving questions, issues, or concerns promptly and effectively
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and support them in achieving their medical and organizational goals
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to discuss progress, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for further value creation
- Collaborate closely with sales, inside sales, product management, and marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Provide customer feedback and insights to internal teams to drive product improvements and innovation
- Help customers identify and maximize the value of Materialise software in their specific context
- Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services that benefit the customer
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field; a medical-related background is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role (customer success, account management, or sales), ideally in the medical software or healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with medical professionals and internal stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM systems and related tools
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping medical customers succeed
- Willingness to travel up to 20-30% within the assigned region
