Do you have experience in business development or staffing within finance? Are you connected to the Belgian financial landscape and ready to help shape a specialized service offering with real long-term value? Then this role may be for you.As part of our fast growing Indirect Tax practice, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Client Solutions Lead to help expand our offering in temporary support for the indirect tax function. This strategic, client-facing role combines trust, business relationships, and commercial insight.
You don’t need to be a tax expert, but you know how to connect with decision-makers, spot market openings, and turn potential into lasting partnerships.
Your responsibilities:
- Identify needs within finance, tax and compliance departments across Belgian companies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers (CFOs, Tax Managers, etc.).
- Propose tailored solutions for temporary staffing or specialized expertise.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through complex support and talent needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and build expertise in the targeted domain.
Let’s talk about you:
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, recruitment, or interim staffing of finance/tax profiles.
- You have a strong network within the Belgian finance or consulting landscape and have a commercial mindset with excellent relationship-building skills. You are eager to expand your knowledge in a focused and technical area, with training provided.
- You are entrepreneurial, autonomous, and motivated by long-term results.
- You communicate effectively in English, Dutch or French and a background in a tax, financial, or related environment is a valuable asset.
