What You Can Expect
This position will be responsible for the implementation of Zimmer Biomet’s Solutions portfolio in the cluster directly reporting to the Solutions Consultant Lead. The role will be responsible for targeting strategic accounts where they will implement ZB Edges Solutions to fulfil customer and company objectives
How You'll Create Impact
- Once ZB and customer have agreed on a project, the Solutions Consultant will be in charge of the project management of the program, ensuring that the Solution built delivers/exceeds Customer and ZB agreed goals
- The Solutions Consultant will work in close collaboration with multidisciplinary hospital teams in order to create value for patients, hospitals and providers
- Optimize inter-divisional collaboration and patient-centered integration of hospital treatment processes with the goal of improving quality and reducing costs
- Implementation of the programs, including training / coaching of the clinic staff, advice to the decision makers, moderation of multidisciplinary hospital teams, evaluation of the measures
Constant learning and capture of best practice examples to further develop existing concepts
What Makes You Stand Out

- Possibly Coaching experience
- Experience in Lean Management or Six Sigma is an advantage
- Good understanding and knowledge of the market in terms of market dynamics, market access, regulations and key decision makers

- Ability to influence others, and through strong organizational skills, handle complexity of large projects
Ability to energize all levels of the organization in hospital accounts to deliver on goals and objectives
Your Background
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in a healthcare related (Nursing, Physical therapy) or logistics study
- Further education/ Masters in Healthcare or Healthcare economics
- 3-5 years professional experience in the hospital or clinical environment
- Good knowledge of hospital workflows and developments in healthcare economics
- Native level of French
- Dutch is nice to have
