What are you going to do as a Butcher-cutter? We take a look at Johan's day:

• Johan gets to work early, starting his day at Delavi at 5 am.
• Together with his colleagues in Johan is responsible for boning and/or cutting pork at the belt.
• Johan always works with concentration to ensure the meat is handled correctly.

Who is Johan?

• Johan speaks Dutch, French or English.
• Johan has had butcher training or equivalent through experience in deboning/cutting pork.
• He is motivated and flexible.
• Johan is stress-resistant and punctual.
• He feels committed to his work and wants to learn.

Delavi is a family business, active in the meat sector for three generations. We are the link between pig breeder and meat processing company. We cut pork and recently started our own further processing where we make our own hamburgers, ....
