Role: Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating requirements while ensuring seamless integration of IT applications in a large and complex environment. Working in an Agile context, you will also play a key role in backlog management, product ownership support, and change management processes.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, specify, document, validate, and manage business and functional requirements.
Perform business model and process analysis.
Conduct risk analysis and support in business cases, vision documents, project charters, and security plans.
Analyze the integration of different information systems and support iterative testing during development.
Follow up on data analysis and data modelling.
Provide security assessments and propose solutions for information systems.
Review, evaluate, and test applications and third-party components to ensure compliance and integration.
Support product ownership of agile product backlog (as proxy PO or backup), including backlog refinement and prioritization.
Create or update product documentation (user guides, release notes, training materials).
Support change management activities and impact analysis for product releases.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support collaboration between stakeholders and development teams.
Your Profile
Technical Skills
Proficiency in business and functional analysis within an Agile context.
Strong knowledge of UML, BPMN, context diagrams, use cases, user journeys, user stories, and SQL (DB consultation).
Very good understanding of information systems and large-organization administrative processes.
Strong command of modelling tools and techniques (use case diagrams, state diagrams, ER models, interaction diagrams).
Good knowledge of wiki and collaborative tools.
Proficiency in writing detailed functional analyses and producing structured documentation (UML diagrams, mock-ups, use cases).
Knowledge of multi-layer applications and integration points.
Very good knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (including SAFe Agile).
Experience in backlog management, refinement, estimation, and incremental development.
Testing skills (design, execution, documentation) with experience in web applications.
Languages & Communication
Strong communication skills with the ability to participate in technical and business meetings.
Ability to apply high-quality standards and provide clear documentation.

Strong facilitation skills for Agile ceremonies.
Capacity to balance detail orientation with strategic vision.
Specific Expertise
At least 5 years of experience in business and functional analysis.
At least 3 years in business process analysis and modelling.
Minimum 2 years of experience with JIRA.
Minimum 2 years of experience with UI testing.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a UI/UX environment.
Experience as Product Owner or Scrum Master is considered an advantage.
