WEAREONE.world, the organization behind the Tomorrowland festival, has an ambitious growth strategy focused on expanding and deepening the brand. This is achieved by further developing existing activities (Festivals & Events, Fashion, Media (including One World Radio),…) and launching numerous new ventures, both domestically and internationally.
To ensure the growth of One World Artists, the in-house artist bookings and management department, we are looking for an experienced booking agent. As an Agent, you report directly to the Head of OWA and become part of a closely collaborating team.
You are responsible for managing and coordinating the bookings of several artists from our roster, mainly for the European markets. You are the link and point of contact for artists, managers, and promoters, ensuring that all bookings are followed up and handled efficiently and professionally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively pitching the roster within Europe
Processing and following up on incoming requests for artists
Negotiating and closing booking contracts
Actively building and maintaining an international network of artists, managers, promoters, and other stakeholders
Calendar management of the artist
Setting up, developing, and booking tours, shows, …
MUST-HAVES
You are flexible, do not have a 9-to-5 mentality, and are prepared for ad hoc situations
You have a proactive and results-oriented attitude, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
You are social and communicative
You have at least 3 years of experience as a booking agent, preferably with a strong European network
You are aware of and have a sense for new and upcoming trends in (electronic) music
You have a good command of Dutch and English
You are highly organized and not afraid to think outside the box
You have a sense of responsibility and can work independently
You are discreet, loyal, and diplomatic
