At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join our UniQue team.
What will you be bringing to the team?
In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. You will be supporting financial operations and contribution to the seamless functioning of the accounting processes.
More specifically:
· Processing invoices and payment requests
· Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities
· Maintaining accurate financial records and performing reconciliations
· Supporting the preparation of financial statements
· Collaborating on tax-related filings and documentation
· Participating in the implementation of process improvements
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this role?
· 0-2 years of experience in the same role
· Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
· Hands-on experience with accounting software and MS Office
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
· Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
· Fluent in English & French, both written and verbal
· Knowledge of SAP will be considered an asset
