Build the Amazon Ads engine you've always wanted to lead
If you're tired of jumping across accounts and want to focus on building a single powerhouse from the ground up—this is your moment. At Loop, you’ll take the lead on all Amazon marketplace advertising, backed by full access to AMC (Amazon Marketing Cloud) and serious support to scale. This isn’t a support role—it’s full ownership. You’ll shape the strategy, performance and build a system designed to win long-term.
Own the full Amazon Ads strategy, structure, and success
As our Marketplace Ads Specialist you’ll begin by understanding the current campaign structures, tools, and reporting systems—then take over full worldwide budget and performance management. Your daily work will revolve around optimizing ad spend, running programmatic tests, and exploring AMC-powered insights to drive more margin and control. Over time, you will be taking direct responsibility for Amazon’s worldwide ad performance, across all ad types from Sponsored Products to DSP and even Prime Video ads.
Your other responsibilities:
- Own the global Amazon ad budget and performance reporting, from DSP to upper-funnel campaigns
- Run and evaluate continuous ad experiments and initiatives in collaboration with Amazon
- Deliver fortnightly reports on global performance, highlighting wins and problem areas
- Propose and test strategies to boost margin without losing traction on key KPIs
How you’ll succeed as a Marketplace Ads Specialist
You’re confident in your numbers, curious about how performance ties to creative and funnel stages, and not afraid to challenge old methods. You’ll need strong analytical instincts, the ability to prioritize quick wins, and the mindset to build smarter systems that scale. You’ll also need leadership potential, as you’ll grow into managing a team while keeping your hands close to the action.
These key competences will set you up for success:
- 5+ years of experience managing Amazon Ads, including Sponsored Ads and DSP
- Hands-on experience using AMC (Amazon Marketing Cloud) for targeting and reporting
- Proven track record in budget ownership and margin-focused campaign performance
- Experience with Helium10, Datarova, or similar tools is a plus
- Strong data analysis, campaign structure, and reporting skills
