We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior IT Change Manager to drive transformation initiatives within a large-scale IS department. You will act as a catalyst for change, aligning people, processes, and technologies to support business objectives and foster cross-functional collaboration.
Your Role & Impact
- Diagnose & Strategize: Assess current organizational practices, tools (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint), governance, and culture to develop a tailored Agile transformation roadmap with clear milestones and KPIs.
- Lead & Facilitate: Organize and facilitate interactive workshops (impact analysis, design thinking, feedback sessions) to align stakeholders across IT, HR, and business units.
- Engage & Communicate: Design and implement structured, multi-channel communication and training plans. Ensure consistent messaging and learning across the organization using collaborative tools.
- Track & Report: Set up dynamic dashboards to monitor progress, detect risks (human, financial, operational), and feed back into an iterative improvement cycle.
- Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with PMO, Finance, HR, and IT leadership to ensure strategic alignment, manage governance committees, and support informed decision-making.
- Deliver & Document: Produce high-quality, targeted deliverables for executive sponsors, technical experts, and operational teams.
- Adapt & Comply: Operate effectively within regulated, multi-site environments—ensuring all change initiatives comply with ITIL frameworks and industry best practices
Your Qualifications
- Proven experience (8+ years) in IT or organizational change management in complex environments (public sector, mobility, energy, finance, etc.).
- Strong expertise in change management methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter, Lean Change), Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban), and collaborative tools (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint).
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to navigate governance structures and drive adoption in regulated environments (ITIL knowledge is a plus).
- Certifications in change management or coaching are highly valued.
- Fluent in French or Dutch (native or near-native), with professional proficiency in English.
