Administrative confidant of the site manager
From the site, you will help manage the operation of this major construction project. You are responsible for the administrative and organisational support of the site team - think management, project and site managers.
You work closely with the site manager and therefore have a crucial role, because without your support, our employees and subcontractors on the site cannot get to work.

- You ensure that subcontractors have the right documents and insurance to work on site.
- You take care of the digital and physical filing of site documents, delivery notes, etc.
- You follow up the invoicing administratively and manage the approval flow.
- You order site and office equipment and ensure it arrives on site on time.
- You provide various forms of administrative support to the site managers.
You can learn 'on the job' thanks to your close cooperation with the site manager and your many contacts with other employees.
What do you need to have?
- You preferably have a bachelor's degree in Office Management: Business & Languages or equivalent.
- You are bilingual Dutch-French or speak both languages very fluently.
- A first work experience is certainly a plus, as you will bear a lot of responsibility in a large project. But you can also convince us without work experience.
- Your clear communication style enables you to create order in an often complex working environment.
- You will have a lot of independence and will use it to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible on site.
