Job Description:
We are looking for an administrative all-rounder to support the Business Office .
As an administrative all-rounder, you will support the project staff in areas such as organization, document management, progress monitoring, telephone contact, and correspondence.
Description of the Assignment:
· Responsible for administration and drafting of various documents to ensure good internal and external administrative service;
· Follow up and process financial transactions and files to ensure accurate, timely, flexible, and transparent service receipts and payments;
· Support colleagues so the team can work efficiently and in a good atmosphere;
· Work independently and deliver quality and results-oriented work.
Profile:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
· Minimum of 5 years proven professional experience in a similar role;
· Familiar with public procurement legislation/mobile work sites;
· Good knowledge of standard MS Office programs;
· Strong affinity with the construction sector;
· Analytical and problem-solving skills;
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch.
