Your Tasks
As a working student - consumer relations NIVEA , you will closely collaborate with both the Belgian and Dutch Marketing & Customer Marketing teams to answer consumer inquiries as effectively as possible. Your responsibilities will support the execution of our brand strategy within the communication pillar of the Belgian & Dutch markets. This includes:
- Responding to consumer inquiries in writing and finding suitable solutions.
- Answering phone calls regarding product-related questions and providing appropriate advice on product usage.
- Keeping our product assortment up to date in the Consumer Relations system.
- Maintaining contact and coordinating cases with the Call Center, which handles French-speaking customer interactions in Belgium.
- Supporting the Marketing team with ad hoc tasks.
- Actively participating in meetings and activities.
Your Profile
What it takes to join us?
- Available for 8 hours per week for approximately 6 months (working days to be determined in consultation).
- Fluent in both Dutch and English.
- Entrepreneurial and results-driven.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in planning, managing timelines, and meeting deadlines.
- Proactive with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
