Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- 3+ years of experience in solving problems and knowing Cisco Voice Technologies such as Cisco CUCM, Cisco CUBE, Cisco UCCX, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, supporting software and basic associated network-related problems;
- 3+ years of experience in managing call distribution lists, voice mailboxes, ISDN, TDM technologies, troubleshooting on Legacy TDM PABX integration to Cisco Voice Technologies;
- 2+ years of experience in managing virtualized server platform products such as VMWare vSphere and VMWare vCenter.
- Providing prompt, professional, and effective resolution of technical issues escalated from Level 2 and Level 3 support;
- Liaising with other teams in troubleshooting technical issues at various levels;
- Performing root cause analysis to reduce recurring technical issues.
