Ticketing Coordinator

For this position, you are someone with experience in the ticketing or data sector. You can use your knowledge to help take the Ticketing department to the next level together with your colleagues from the Ticketing team. You are able to maintain an overview across all projects and ticket shops. You are administratively strong but also capable of critically reviewing and improving processes. You think logically, work accurately, and make connections with other departments where needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Together with your ticketing colleagues, you ensure the best possible visitor experience regarding operational ticket flows and take the lead in setting up certain ticket shops.

• You are responsible for various data streams within Ticketing & Operations.

• You work closely with several departments such as Finance, Data, Communication, Travel, and Development to streamline internal processes.

• You ensure that all ticketing projects include a focus on reporting, data structure, and finance.

• You are someone who can connect people, coordinate tasks, and also roll up your sleeves.

MUST-HAVES:

• You have 3 to 6 years of experience in a ticketing or data-related role.

• You have completed a program with a focus on project management or data management.

• You have an eye for detail and immediately spot when something is incorrect.

• You can analyze data and visualize it clearly.

• You can handle multiple projects at once and keep everything running smoothly.

• You thrive under healthy pressure and working with deadlines gives you energy.

• You are a social person who feels perfectly at home in a young entertainment company.

• Technical (IT/dev) affinity is a plus.
