Your responsibilities:
- Assisting and coordinating the entire intern recruitment process at Forvis Mazars Belgium.
- Screening candidates, conducting and scheduling interviews for potential interns across all Belgium offices.
- Assisting in Campus Recruitment follow ups.
- Proactively building candidate pipeline using LinkedIn recruiter.
- Assisting in employer branding activities to enhance Forvis Mazars' visibility as an employer of choice.
- Contributing creative ideas to employer branding and social media content.
- Providing administrative support to the HR team in various HR-related tasks.
About you:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
- Fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the recruitment process.
