Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Job Description: As a Technical Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our technical management processes. You will be accountable for various aspects of risk management, change control, and knowledge management, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Management:
- Oversee technical management functions, including risk management, deviation ownership, and change control authoring and coordination.
- Review and assess Product Technical Specifications (PTS) and Method of Production (MOP) to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Capacity Management:
- Participate in the CC Implementation Committee and review demand versus supply.
- Assess available capacity, identify potential risks to service, and recommend capacity adjustments to meet future volume projections.
- Master the inputs and outputs of the SRM meetings to ensure effective communication and decision-making.
Supply Chain Visibility:
- Ensure visibility of demand and supply information across the supply chain to facilitate proactive management and prevent stockouts.
- Monitor and report on performance through the establishment and measurement of KPIs.
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement projects in collaboration with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support complex and transversal projects aimed at enhancing operational activities.
Quality Assurance Support:
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Timely escalate issues to management as per internal processes.
Reporting:
- Be accountable for reporting on KPIs and monthly performance metrics.
- Serve as a backup for the SRM as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Supply Chain Management, etc.).
- Proven experience in technical management, risk management, and supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess capacity and identify risks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
