Are you a tech-savvy student looking for hands-on experience in a dynamic consultancy environment? At threon, we are looking for a motivated student to support our ICT department with digital tools and process improvements. You will help make ICT processes at threon more efficient, user-friendly, and future-proof.
Your tasks
Create and structure a SharePoint page for the ICT department
Design and implement forms for ICT-related questions and requests
Develop specific forms to capture the right details for common issues
Build a clear FAQ section together with our ICT expert
Document current ICT processes in a visual and structured way
Support workshops to redesign workflows and translate outcomes into updated process flows
Test new forms and workflows with pilot users and gather feedback
Create user documentation (manuals, guides, or short videos)
Collect improvement ideas in a structured backlog
Ensure proper handover to ICT or internal administrators

Start date: as soon as possible
Availability: several days per week (to be agreed based on your schedule)
Location: Ghent, Sint-Denijs-Westrem
Your profile
You are a student, ideally in an IT-related field (e.g. Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, etc.), but we also welcome students from other backgrounds with clear IT affinity
You feel comfortable working with computer tools and are eager to explore and figure things out
Some knowledge of SharePoint (page creation, forms, lists) is a big plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Forms, Power Automate or Power Apps is an advantage, but not required
You think logically, enjoy problem-solving and like improving how things work
Strong communication skills and good organizational abilities
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Fluent in Dutch and English (non-negotiable!)
