Are you a born planner with a strong organizational insight and a nose for solutions? Do you have an affinity with international projects and smooth communication with various stakeholders? Then you may be the Staffing Coordinator we're looking for for our Survey team.
In this position you are the first contact person for colleagues on (inter) national projects within Survey. You form the link between operations, team members, administration and external partners. You coordinate staff planning and ensure clear communication within the team.
A selection from the tasks:
- Personnel planning: You consolidate the staff planning in consultation with survey operations managers, take into account availability, competences and project needs, and proactively look for solutions in conflicts or shortages.
- Coordination & communication: You are the point of contact for team members who work internationally, ensure clear communication and closely coordinate with travel, HR and other support services.
- Freelancer management: You engage freelancers through agencies, monitor their employability and monitor certification and evaluations.
- Onboarding & involvement: You play an active role in the reception of new employees, maintain close contacts and give support in trainings.
What do you need to have?
- You are in possession of a Bachelor or Master in Office Management, communication, languages or similar.
- You have at least five years of working experience and you have experience in a similar role.
- You can express yourself perfectly in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing. Do you also speak other languages? Then we see that as a plus!
- You have a good knowledge of the MS Office package and quickly find your way in other administrative tools.
- You are discreet with sensitive information and can build trust.
- You are excited to grow in this position and in the long term you look for new ways to make the support even more efficient together with your colleagues.
- You are a smooth communicator and easily make new connections, both inside and outside the team.
