Technical Solution Architect for Mobile Private Networks to join our team.
As a Solution Architect you’ll join our existing commercial and engineering teams. You will help scale up our ability to design and deliver impactful private network solutions across Belgium and beyond.
Here's What You'll Dive Into
Customer & Opportunity Engagement: Collaborate with customers and sales teams to understand needs, use cases, and business goals. Lead or support technical workshops, deep dives, and proof-of-concepts.
Solution Design & Proposal Support: Translate requirements into 4G/5G private network architectures. Prepare technical inputs for RFPs/RFIs, BoMs, and proposals in close collaboration with pre-sales.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with core, RAN, transport, IT, and security teams to refine solutions and support implementation in line with project timelines.
Knowledge Building & Innovation: Develop templates and best practices, share knowledge across teams, and stay current on mobile technology trends and their relevance to our portfolio.
Requirements
Must Have Qualities & Talents
Masters degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience or profound interest in 4G/5G mobile networks, wireless communication technologies and applications
Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with solid English proficiency.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to connect business needs with practical technical designs.
Collaborative, cross-functional mindset with strong communication skills to face customers.
Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements and project deployments
