NATURE OF THE TASKS
Participate in the daily operations on the DG TAXUD IT systems focusing on service delivery
includes (but is not limited to) the incident, problem, crisis, capacity, release and change
management related tasks/activities
Interact with the project stakeholders, which include - but not limited to - TAXUD’s contractors,
Support the continuity of the DG TAXUD IT operations by supervising the integration of IT

3. LEVEL OF EDUCATION
A minimum educational qualification is:
Level of education corresponding to Level 6 of the European Qualification
Framework which typically corresponds to a bachelor’s level or 3 years of higher education.
4. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
The consultant should have specialized knowledge in IT interoperability technology (e.g. message oriented middleware, web services, service oriented bus
etc.);
distributed systems design and messaging layer; and as a Service Manager in any of the following
area applied to IT: operations management, transition management; matured in complex and structured
organisation with outsourced services and proven with practical activities.
Following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:
