Job Description
As a (Senior) Resource Officer, you are part of the Matching and Resourcing team within Inetum. Your task is to achieve the organization's targeted results in terms of revenue and margin through the correct matching of resources. Your responsibilities are a varied mix that help achieve Inetum's business objectives. In the role of (Senior) Resource Officer, you take on a negotiating role with internal stakeholders, as well as with external employees and consultants. With your several years of experience, you are able to provide recruitment advice across various technologies.
Matching and Resourcing
- Intake of sourcing opportunities (sourcing and project requests)
- Logging sourcing opportunities in the designated tools
- Conducting (proactive) searches for external candidates
- Active recruitment policy on social media
- Screening, planning, and conducting interviews with candidates
- Presenting candidates within the organization
- Following up A-Z on ongoing searches, files, candidates in the matching funnel
- Negotiating rates with external consultants and partners to fill assignments qualitatively
- Managing and negotiating extensions of consultants in assignments
- Ensuring necessary communications and feedback to internal and external stakeholders in the Matching and Resourcing process
- Acting as a point of contact for one or more Business Units and/or Clients in terms of Matching and Resourcing
Administration, Marketing, and Partnerships
- Acting as the link between various departments within the organization to ensure each assignment is provided with a contract. This includes follow-up with sales, project, and contract support
- Managing your requests correctly in the designated CRM systems (opening and closing assignments)
- Participating in marketing events, being active on social media to activate the right target groups of candidates
- Actively contributing to building a freelance community
- Negotiating and maintaining relationships with partners and subcontractors
- Supporting the setup of teaming, partnerships, and associated contracts
- Supporting Sales and Bid Office in RFP processes and actively participating in team meetings and client meetings
Qualifications
Your Profile
- Preferably bilingual in Dutch and French with excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written).
- Customer-oriented with a commercial mindset.
- Results-driven and not afraid to achieve objectives.
- Communicates smoothly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of ICT landscapes and profiles.
- Enjoys working in a team and is a team player.
- Has extensive experience of at least three years in a recruitment environment (preferably also in an ICT environment).
- Flexible in taking on assignments and contributes to a work environment focused on Employee and Customer Centricity.
