Senior Product Manager Real Chocolate
Your Mission
As t he Senior Product Manager , you are responsible to define and implement the product strategy, the management of the product life cycle of the entire product range and support the development of the business in order to reach its objectives of growth and profitability.
What you will do
As Senior Product Manager Real Chocolate your responsibilities can be linked to 5 main elements:
- Strategic Coordination & Market Engagement
Coordinate BU activities across key accounts and markets (regional/country), aligning global product strategies with local execution, marketing plans, and innovation priorities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Business Planning
Partner with PMs, R&D, and TA teams to shape and roll out BU strategy, manage budgeting and performance reporting, and co-develop business plans with regional and local stakeholders.
- Customer Development & Support
Drive long-term growth through close collaboration with sales, technical, and marketing teams; personally manage strategic accounts with a focus on retention and expansion.
- Innovation & Market Intelligence
Organize customer innovation events, build an innovation pipeline based on market trends and competitive insights, and define local production and pricing strategies.
- Capability Building & External Networking
Train local teams to boost sales effectiveness and build external partnerships with industry bodies and academic institutions to elevate category awareness and leadership.
What we expect from you
- Hold a degree in Business or Marketing, with 10+ years of experience—ideally in an international B2C environment.
- Demonstrate a passion for food and a strong interest in technical aspects, enabling effective collaboration with R&D and technical advisors.
- Exhibit curiosity, data-driven thinking, and digital fluency, with a deep appreciation for diverse consumer cultures and evolving consumption trends.
- Drive customer-centric innovation by challenging boundaries, improving processes, and delivering superior value through products and services.
- Apply strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities under pressure, while contributing as a dynamic, proactive, and creative team player.
- Communicate fluently in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is advantageous. Commit to international travel up to 25% of the time.
