Mission Overview:
The position of Advisor to the Director of the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) and JustCase Program Manager is available through Keystone Solutions as a consultancy mission at a client site. As the senior advisor, you will report directly to the DTO Director, providing essential strategic and operational support, monitoring project budgets, and contributing to critical document drafting for the JustCase program.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic advice: As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will assist the DTO Director in organizing, developing, and managing the judicial case management system while offering expertise on functional, technical, and organizational aspects.

Change management and communication:
