Company Information:Toyota sales performance team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Performance Team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry and contribute to the day-to-day operations of our performance team.
Your project
- Involved in the day-to-day performance follow-up, ensuring all activities align with our performance goals.
- Analysing main reports and sales KPIs to provide actionable insights.
- Supporting the coordination of monthly planning milestones and ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Organizing main touchpoints and facilitating effective communication within the team.
- Assisting in the coordination, summarization, and creation of Excel document, PowerPoint presentation.
- Extracting and analysing data to support various performance initiatives and investigations
- Conducting competitor investigation and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Preparing reports and ad-hoc documents as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report creation.
- Familiarity with Power BI reports for data visualization and insights.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
- Nice visualization skills for creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
