We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our sales processes, drive operational efficiency, and collaborate closely with IT, marketing, sales management, and customer service teams. This role is critical in ensuring sales effectiveness, data integrity, and process optimization to support revenue growth and business success.

Your next challenge
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our sales processes, drive operational efficiency, and collaborate closely with IT, marketing, sales management, and customer service teams. This role is critical in ensuring sales effectiveness, data integrity, and process optimization to support revenue growth and business success.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Work with sales, marketing, CX & IT to simplify, streamline, eliminate, and/or automate manual or inefficient processes.
  • Act as a relay of the country and the group for the implementation & monitoring of methods, tools, process recommended.
  • Coordinate sales effectiveness and sales enablement programs for all revenue-generating teams in the marketing, sales, and customer service department.
  • Ensure our short- and long-term goals align with market trends and customer needs.
  • Improve, document (Confluence), and execute business processes, workflows, work methods, and communication procedures to increase performance, productivity, and management visibility while reducing risk, wasted time, and resources.
  • Ensure the proper use of Salesforce by sales, marketing, and customer service colleagues.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Analyst to:
  • Analyse key sales metrics and performance data, providing actionable insights.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales data in CRM systems and other databases.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and market developments to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Support sales management to strengthen the team's commercial capabilities through the delivery of training and coaching programs.
  • Assist in the development of sales forecasts, quotas, and pipeline analysis.


You’re a match
  • Work experience: Min 5 years on sales or project management role
  • Language requirements: English, Dutch and/or French
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with IT, sales and marketing teams to drive business success.
  • Knows modern sales/networking tools to support acceleration of growth.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in SalesForce, Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Well-structured and organized; autonomous and enterprising.
