Position Overview:
We are currently looking for Sales Associates (28 hours per week) to support our Ralph Lauren store in Maasmechelen Village. In this challenging role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is presented to the highest standard by means of product availability and presentation. In addition, you will offer tailor-made service to customers at the cash register and changing rooms.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Helping customers by responding to customer requests and providing information and recommendations about products
- Escalates customer issues to more senior team members
- Has knowledge of the products and influences the sales results and the overall customer experience of the assigned shopping area
- Ensures a good presentation of the store by replenishing products from the warehouse and keeping the store tidy Experience, Skills, and Knowledge • Able to follow instructions and work in a fast and dynamic environment
- Experience within a retail environment is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch or English, other languages are a plus
- The ideal candidate is a team player, eager to learn, takes initiative and has the ability to adapt to changes
