Job Summary:
The Sales Assistant provides essential administrative and commercial support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. This role contributes to efficient internal and external coordination, while ensuring accurate and timely follow-up on customer and business requests. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitating effective administrative coordination within the sales team.Providing personal support to customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring accurate follow up
Handling selected customer inquiries, preparing quotes and coordinating with internal departments
Supporting sales managers in maintaining daily customer contacts
Updating and managing information in the company’s CRM (Salesforce)
Collecting and updating market information in Salesforce to support Sales activities
Acting as back-up for sales managers during business trips
Managing small accounts and supporting account development
Conducting the annual customer satisfaction survey and analyzing results
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar roleProficient in MS Office (Word , Excel , Outlook)
Fluent in Dutch, English and Frenc
Comfortable with figures, data management and system updates
Strong communication skills, supportive, motivated, accurate and solutions oriented.
Ability to take initiative and work cooperatively across functions
Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize effectively
