Description
Internship Opportunity for Spring 2026 (+/- February to May)
Are you passionate about connecting with people and crafting compelling stories? Curious about what it’s like to shape the image of a top employer and help attract the right talent to a fast-growing company?
Then this internship in recruitment and employer branding might be exactly what you're looking for!
Easi is on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our recruitment team in Spring 2026 (February to May – timing can be adjusted based on your academic schedule). As part of the team, you’ll play a hands-on role in helping us attract future colleagues and strengthen our employer brand. Whether it’s through campus events, social media content, or creative campaigns, your goal is to help us connect with the talent we’re looking for.
Important to know: This internship focuses on recruitment and employer branding. You won’t be working on Hard HR topics like payroll, vacation policies or wellbeing initiatives.
And if you enjoy this internship, why not do it within Belgium's Best Workplace since 2015!
Responsibilities
During your internship, you'll be the right hand of our recruitment team and assist with:
- Attending job fairs across Flanders: you'll tag along with one of our recruiters and get to know the field up close
- Hunting for future Easi colleagues: via LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases... you're part of the talent search
- Helping organize our recruitment events: and yes, we host quite a few of them
- Creating content for social media: help us stand out with fresh and engaging employer branding posts
- Maintaining relationships with student groups and universities: you're our connection to future talent
- Supporting the full recruitment cycle from A to Z: from writing job descriptions to preparing contracts
There's also plenty of room for your own ideas on visibility, recruitment, and process improvement. Your initiative is more than welcome!
