Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Quality Control Team Leader who is visionary, structured, and empowering to join our Pharmaceutics & Raw Materials (P&RM) team, based at our UCB campus in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.
About the role
You will lead a team of technicians performing physico-chemical analyses for Phase III and commercial products. You’ll act as the Quality Control (QC) representative for P&RM projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and a safe, high-performing lab environment.
Who you’ll work with
You’ll collaborate with pharmaceutical development experts, QA/RA, metrology, HSE, and other key departments to deliver analytical excellence and operational efficiency.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate release, stability, and project support testing
- Be responsible for regulatory compliance in the lab
- Manage team performance and development
- Represent QC for P&RM products
- Drive continuous improvement and audit readiness
- Ensure operational planning and client communication

- Proven leadership in a GMP lab environment
- Expertise in analytical techniques: HPLC/UPLC, GC, CHN, NMR, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
