What You’ll Do
- Carry out detailed apartment inspections at the start and end of each rental period
- Prepare accurate condition reports for internal teams (renovation, sales, service)
- Represent BBF with professionalism during on-site visits across our property portfolio
- Ensure our apartments meet the high standards BBF is known for
Who are we looking for?
- You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken proficiency required)
- You have strong attention to detail and enjoy maintaining high-quality living spaces
- You’re comfortable working on the move, visiting multiple properties per day
- You’re customer-focused and enjoy being part of a supportive team
- You take pride in delivering clean, well-maintained homes that make clients happy
