Job Description
Are you ready to discover the role of a Project Manager in Netcompany?
As a Project Manager you will:
- Develop guidelines and provide support to internal departments and agencies.
- Facilitate cross-department collaboration through workshops and shared follow-up actions.
- Identify and document modernisation initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Analyse initiatives to ensure alignment with the Digital Strategy and promote collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with corporate processes and alignment between business and IT.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and synergies with other initiatives.
- Structure initiatives into projects with clear ownership, budgets, milestones, and deadlines.
- Ensure all activities are documented within the Business Process Management framework.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Master’s degree with 8+ years, or Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of project management, including scheduling, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Proven experience in modernising complex organisations.
- Familiarity with Business Process Management (BPM) principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of quality procedures and high standards.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies.
- Excellent command of English (C1+), strong communication and negotiation skills, and ability to participate in multilingual meetings.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset, skilled in facilitation, and adaptable to change.
