Responsibilities
Scope Management
Ensure client needs are fully addressed and delivered within agreed requirements
Challenge and manage scope changes during project lifecycle
Cost Management
Define project budget with all stakeholders
Secure approvals through governance bodies
Track variances and challenge overruns to stay within budget
Time Management
Build realistic project plans with clear deliverables and resources
Secure commitments from different departments
Monitor and challenge delivery to ensure timely results
Risk Management
Anticipate and address risks proactively with corrective actions
Escalate issues early to management and stakeholders for resolution
Reporting & Communication
Maintain continuous communication with management and impacted teams
Ensure stakeholders are always fully informed of project status
People Management
Lead and coach one or more virtual project teams across departments
Requirements
Degree & Experience
5+ years proven experience as a dedicated Project Manager in complex environments
Successful delivery of multiple end-to-end business/technical projects involving IT development
Technical Skills
Familiar with PMI, Prince2, and Agile methodologies
Strong command of MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Access
Attitudes & Behaviors
Strong leadership and ability to manage virtual teams
Comfortable with uncertainty and change; composed under pressure
Skilled in conflict management and ambiguity resolution
Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven
Solution-oriented mindset with ability to handle a range of project types
