Would you like to be part of our international team?
As Project Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the project teams at the offices in Belgium and/or on site during the execution and conclusion of international projects.
Your main duties and responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support for the follow-up of projects in terms of communication to the client
- Collecting, processing and submitting project-specific documentation
- Organising and coordinating project-specific personnel matters such as training, medical examinations, visa applications, accommodation, transport, etc.
- Maintaining registers and records (Non-conformities, inspections, correspondence...)
- Organising and coordinating meetings
- Gathering feedback from project teams on e.g. lessons learned
- Taking care of layout of presentations
- Assisting the start-up of the project in e.g. logistics, office layout, accommodation...
What do you need?
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Office Management, communications, languages or similar.
- You can communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
- You can withstand healthy stress and know how to set priorities.
- Your willingness to undertake short missions abroad is a plus.
